About The Centre
The Centre for Women is a non-profit organization, established in 1977 to serve individuals and families in Hillsborough County.
The Centre employs 65 full-time staff and has facilites in Tampa and Brandon. Our services include Substance Abuse Treatment and Employment Services for Women, Girls Programs, Services for Seniors, and Counselling for Individuals and Families.
Our vision is to be well-known and highly respected for quality services. We will proactively meet the needs of our consumers and the community through neighborhood-based services, collaboration and advocacy.
Our mission provides hope, knowledge and peace of mind through services that promote independence and stregthen our community.
